Ludo Strategy respects your privacy and provides you with the ability to request deletion of your personal data. This policy explains how we handle data deletion requests and what data we store.

Data Deletion Request Process
To request deletion of your data:
- Send an email to ludostrategy65@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request"
- Include your user ID, email address, and any relevant account information
- Clearly state what data you want deleted
- We will verify your identity and process the request
Processing Timeline
- Standard deletion: Processed within 7 business days
- Legal holds: Data may be retained if required by law
- Confirmation: You will receive confirmation via email once deletion is complete
What Gets Deleted
Upon your request, we will delete:
- All personal account information
- Game statistics and play history
- User preferences and settings
- Profile data and associated metadata
What May Not Be Deleted
The following data may not be deleted due to legal or operational requirements:
- Data required for legal compliance and regulatory requirements
- Transaction history for fraud prevention and dispute resolution
- Data necessary to prevent abuse or maintain platform security
- Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you
Data Retention After Deletion
- Active user data: Deleted upon request
- Backup copies: May persist in automated backups for up to 90 days
